Team Leadership: Becoming Flexible Leaders

The success of a team is directly related to its leader's ability to synchronize team members and help them to move through each individual improvement process. Knowing and understanding effective leader behavior and team improvement measures will help organizations to ensure success, even in complex teams. A leader is expected to show a leadership style that is appropriate to the situation and conditions. A leader who uses only 1 style will not be effective.

In these two days program, participants will be invited to explore their dominant leadership style, then switch to a more flexible style according to the conditions and situations of their subordinates. This program will help leaders to diagnose the condition of their subordinates and adjust their communication style to get maximum performance. Participants will be invited to learn how to provide specific and clear direction, listen actively, provide feedback, and increase team members' confidence.
