Followership Mastery

“The ultimate test of leadership is the quality of followers” - Robert Kelley

Organizations have very often talked about leadership, but very rarely talk about followership. Whereas we will never be a good leader without good followers. Without good followers, the organization will not be able to adapt to the changes that are happening very quickly at this time and are even prone to collapse. Surveys state that only 20% of organizational success is determined by leaders and 80% by followers.

A great leader because behind him there are people who are willing and able to support, complement and even have the courage to give input to their leaders. A good follower is one who can generate ideas and values. They are critical, opinionated, creative, capable and decisive people. They don't just work like robots and carry out the leader's orders for the sake of making a profit. Referring to the above, it is not only leaders who influence followers but followers can also influence leaders.

In practice, however, it is rarely the role of the follower that is discussed in organizations and society. Many failures occur simply because organizations are too busy producing great leaders but forgot to create great followers. For this reason, the 2-day training is very important because it will help the organization prepare its employees as quality followers.
