He is a CPTD (Certified Professional in Talent Development) from the Association for Talent Development and has a wealth of experience in designing development programs and consulting for various large companies in Indonesia for more than 25 years. His extensive background in education and business consulting has proven invaluable in designing systematic and innovative development programs, delivering effective learning experiences, and speaking at various seminars. With his deep understanding of financial management, strategic management and leadership, he has a keen sense of strategic issues in organizations and the challenges faced by leaders.

Since 2009, he has led the Prasetiya Mulya Executive Learning Institute (prasmul-eli) as CEO, having previously served as Associate Dean at Prasetiya Mulya Business School. His commitment in the world of business and education drives him to always directly inspire those who have the privilege to learn.
