Why Happiness at Work is Important for Companies

They see how the work culture in the company treats its employees, work atmosphere, boss style, freedom of communication, balance between work and things outside of work, and other aspects that are very different from what applicants were looking for before. When organizations are unresponsive and late in adapting to these changes, it is certain that in the next few years there will be many companies that have the potential to find it difficult to find new employees.

In 2020, Indonesia is predicted to experience a demographic bonus. This demographic bonus will last until 2030, where the productive age will be twice that of the non-productive age. If it is dissected again, the productive age will be dominated by young people from the millennial generation and Z generation who have very different mindsets, speech patterns, and acting patterns from the previous generation.
