Herman Subianto is a seasoned finance professional with over two decades of experience in corporate finance, investment management, and strategic financial planning. In his current role as Chief Financial Officer at Prasmul-eli, he oversees financial strategy and operations, helping to drive sustainable growth and innovation by aligning financial initiatives with the organization’s long-term business objectives.
Prior to this, Herman held key finance leadership roles at several prominent publicly listed companies in Indonesia, including one of the country’s major conglomerates. Over the course of his career, he has been deeply involved in shaping investment strategies, executing mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and driving corporate/financial restructuring initiatives, overseeing capital market fundraising initiatives, and running investor engagement programs across various sectors including property, financial services, and telecommunications.
