Meet The Resident Assesor

T. Zilmahram is a renowned expert in assessment centers, competency-based HRM, and talent management, with a distinguished career in shaping leadership and organizational development.

As Deputy Director of Assessment Services at Prasmul-ELI and former Senior GM of Telkom’s Assessment Center, he has led large-scale talent assessment and leadership development initiatives. His strategic expertise extends to his roles as President Director of Yakes Telkom and Head of Leadership Programs at Telkom, where he drove impactful HR and leadership strategies.

With a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a Master’s in HR Management from UNPAD, Zil is also a Certified Assessor (PA Consulting, Singapore) and has undergone advanced training in competency-based HRM and assessment at top global institutions, including A&DC UK, University of Sydney, and RSM Erasmus University Netherlands. Beyond corporate leadership, he has played a pivotal role in advancing the assessment industry, serving as former chairman of PASSTI (Indonesia’s Assessment Center Association) and now he lead the Indonesian Psychological Council (HIMPSI) as chairman.

His expertise, leadership, and commitment to excellence make him a key figure in the field of assessment and talent development.

Gardhika is an Industrial/ Organizational Psychologist who graduated from Universitas Indonesia. He is also a Certified Assessor from Pacific Century Consulting Singapore. His previous background is Human Resource Practitioner from various industries, ranging from Broadcasting, Retail, EPC, and Academic Institution. Currently, Gardhika is a Resident Assessor in prasmul-eli.

Herjuno is an Industrial/Organizational Psychologist and Certified Assessor with nearly 8 years of experience specializing in psychological potential assessment, competency-based interviews, assessment project management, and virtual assessment centers.

He holds a degree in Psychology from Universitas Gadjah Mada and is accredited by HIMPSI Jaya as a Certified Assessor. In addition, he also holds certification from HIMPSI Jaya in behavioral competency library development. He has background from academic institutions and human resource consulting.
