As a Resident Assessor at prasmul-eli Assessment Services, he specializes in assessment center design, psychological evaluation, talent selection, and leadership assessment. Gardhika is a Certified Assessor (PCC Singapore), a Caliper Profiling Consultant (Singapore), and holds certifications in designing assessment center simulation exercises from HIMPSI Jaya. Additionally, he is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) from Coaching Indonesia, further enhancing his ability to develop leaders and optimize talent potential.
