Head of Client Development Asia Pacific (APAC) CCL Diana Khaitova, in a presentation entitled Work 3.0, Reimagining Leadership in A Hybrid World, said that participants from Asia Pacific countries were asked what kind of work methods or approaches they considered most common in the next 3 to 5 years. As a result, more than 40% of respondents in Asia Pacific and Indonesia in particular said that the most common way of working in the future will be a hybrid with an “office first” approach, followed by “fully flexible”.

"Employees said that they received various benefits from this system ranging from physical, mental, time and even financial well-being benefits," said Diana.

Flexible arrangements can also have a positive impact on inclusivity, as they provide greater opportunities for women to enter or return to the labor market.
Diana also conveyed the importance of the role of leaders in the success of a hybrid way of working. According to him, there are several roles that leaders must review to manage hybrid working.
