Competency Measurement Analysis

Competency Measurement Analysis (CMA) is a questionnaire aimed at identifying the competencies needed by employees in a company scope (organization/work unit/position) in order to successfully carry out a role or achieve a certain work goal.

The results of the CMA can be used to assess competencies that are a priority for a company scope, as well as the implications or follow-up actions needed for the results of the assessment.
