HERJUNO TISNOAJI

Herjuno is an Industrial/Organizational Psychologist and Certified Assessor with nearly eight years of experience specializing in psychological potential assessments, competency-based interviews, assessment project management, and virtual assessment centers.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Gadjah Mada University and is accredited by HIMPSI Jaya as a Certified Assessor. He also holds certification from HIMPSI Jaya in the development of behavioral competency libraries. He has a background in academic institutions and human resource consulting.

Currently, Herjuno serves as a Resident Assessor at Prasmul-Eli, which provides assessment and talent development services.
