HERRY GINANJAR

Herry Ginanjar is a professional with over three decades of experience in ESG, stakeholder management, strategic planning, project management, government and public affairs, and corporate governance. He possesses expertise in bridging relationships between companies and regulators. Herry has successfully led various strategic initiatives that strengthen business resilience, improve regulatory compliance, and promote sustainable development practices. His primary focus includes ESG, sustainability, risk management, Lean Six Sigma, corporate communications, and corporate governance in complex and dynamic work environments.

During his career at Chevron (1990–2017) and Star Energy (2017–2022), Herry played a key role in developing stakeholder engagement strategies and ensuring alignment between company policies and government regulations. His leadership in sustainability and risk management has contributed to long-term value creation and operational efficiency. Previously, he served as Head of the Mathematics Department at UIN SUSQA (1999–2005), which strengthened his analytical skills and strategic approach to policy and program development.
