In the consulting field, she has facilitated various development programs including leadership, supervision, coaching, counseling, mentoring, communication, training of trainers, change management, conflict management, recruitment, and selection.

Mawar Sheila holds certifications as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coach Federation (ICF) and a Certified Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).
