Ruben has expertise in leadership, performance management, and business processes. He has a strong interest in change management and happiness at work.

Ruben is the founder of the Indonesia Happiness Club (IHC). Ruben has 20 years of career experience in various large companies ranging from services, retail, distribution, and manufacturing, with the last five years of his career at the director level.

Ruben was awarded the Certified Happiness Officer qualification from the Woohoo Happiness Academy in Denmark. He also holds the Certified Professional Coach (CPC) designation from the International Coach Federation and the MBTI Certified Practitioner designation from CPP Asia Pacific.
