Our understanding of the workings of the brain, the most mysterious part of our body, has greatly improved in the last 20 years. Neuroscience has brought insight and enlightenment into how our brains work. In Neuro Leadership we will examine the latest breakthroughs in the field of neuroscience and discuss how our understanding of how the brain works will help us to improve our ability to make decisions, improve performance, teamwork and manage change in organizations.
