The rapid technological revolution has indirectly given rise to young leaders who understand the digital world and have the necessary technical skills. On the other hand, it also changes the attitude of the younger generation in viewing the role of a leader.

Without realizing it, technological developments tend to give rise to apathy, less social attitudes, instant results, easy giving up and insensitivity to the surrounding environment. Intellectual excellence is not accompanied by emotional maturity. The reality in the field is that leaders are expected to not only master technical skills but also have the ability to lead a team. This gives rise to many young leaders who are not ready to accept differences, failure, pressure and criticism in the leadership process. However, on the other hand, intellectual intelligence will easily be replaced by technology.

This is why balance is needed in a young leader. Balanced in results and processes, transactional and relational, job orientation and people orientation, routine and creativity, short-term and long-term vision, as well as control and empowerment. This is what will shape the young generation into leaders who are not only smart but also tough, brave, humble and adaptive to existing changes.

In this 2-day training, participants will be provided with various examples of best leadership practices, especially for the younger generation. Inspirational stories, short videos, interactive discussions between participants, make this training an inspiring experience. Presented by speakers who are experienced in leadership in various large companies and have long experience facilitating various national companies in terms of leadership for the younger generation.
