The 360 Multirater Feedback is designed to gather information about competencies, performance, or individual involvement. The results obtained come from multiple sources, namely information collected from various people who interact and work with the participants/ratees, including superiors, colleagues, direct subordinates, and the participants themselves.
In order to maintain objective approach, we employs a method called Multirater Rasch Method.
Compared to classical analysis, the multirater Rasch Method will take into account three elements in the analysis: the rater, the ratee, and the item which provides a fairer score.
Multiperson-Comparison makes it easy for Raters to judge based on the behavior that most often appears until it is not seen by comparing with the people being assessed.
