Finance for Non-Finance
Improves managerial skills in comprehensively understanding financial statements, even for participants without a financial background. The learning focus covers balance sheets, profit and loss, cash flow, and IFRS, reinforced by industry benchmarking analysis to support more informed business decision-making.
Business Valuation
Providing a deep understanding of the principles and methods of valuation, ranging from intrinsic value, comparable analysis, to DCF, FCFF, and FCFE. Participants will be trained to use valuation models with real case studies (private, startup, to mature business), enabling them to accurately assess the feasibility of a company.
Corporate Finance
Equipping participants with the fundamentals of corporate financial management: cost of capital (CAPM, WACC), capital structure (equity, debt, EVA), as well as economic value added at both the parent and subsidiary levels.
