MASTERING PROJECTS, THE MRT WAY

Developed in collaboration between Prasmul-ELI and MRT Jakarta, this immersion program gives participants a direct look at a national-scale infrastructure project through a Day 3 site visit agenda to the MRT Jakarta project at CP202 Sawah Besar, paired with practice-based project management learning. Participants will understand how a seven-contract-package project is managed in an integrated way — from strategic planning and dashboard-based monitoring to complex multi-stakeholder governance. 

LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

1. Explain the fundamental concepts of project management and their application in managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
2. Understand the cascading approach from portfolio level to program structure in multi-contract project management.
3. Develop project scope of work through a real case study of master scheduling and critical path determination.
4. Identify and analyze project risks through hands-on practice with risk registers and real-time dashboard-based monitoring mechanisms.
5. Understand the application of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) within complex, multi-stakeholder project environments.
6. Apply stakeholder management and effective communication principles to support smooth cross-party coordination in infrastructure projects.
7. Gain practical insight into real-world infrastructure project execution through direct observation and interaction with MRT Jakarta's project team.
